This report shows descriptions, posting types, group ceilings, contract types, P/O numbers, areas, types, equipment and whether the forecasting is being overridden for selected centres in centre order.

Centre Revenue, Budget & Costs

This report shows the cumulative budget and costs for all posting types for each centre. It also shows revenue. You can use it to determine how accurately jobs were budgeted.

Quantity Entry Sheet

This report is intended as a data collection form for J/C Quantities Entry and shows descriptions, cost types, units, budget quantities and to-date quantities for selected centres. Space is available to write the current completed quantities in.

Centre Productivity Report

This report will use the same selection criteria as the J/C Centre Reports – Productivity Factor. Along with Budget Hours and To Date Hours, this looks at Budget Quantities vs To Date Quantities and shows both the Budget Labour $/Budget Quantity and To Date Labour $/To Date Quantity
