Every piece of paper you collect for a unit of equipment can be scanned and stored with the equipment record.
Select the Supporting Documents tab on Equipment Entry.
Start by identifying the type of document you wish to store.
Once you save the record, you will be able to upload a document. Click on ‘Select Files’.
And select the document to upload.
Abio will upload the receipt and display it.
You can do this for as many certificates, licenses, warranties, and receipts as you want.
