Equipment timesheets can be set up ahead of time on the desktop, or you can enter them on the web app as you itemize equipment in use on your job site. In this example no equipment has been recorded yet. However, the jobs and crews have been set up (on the Today’s Jobs) tab, so separate tabs are presented for each job the supervisor is working on that day:
Each tab will always have a blank line you can use to enter a new piece of equipment. Select the unit from the equipment drop down:
The rate fills in based on the job’s equipment rates. You can change the quantity and period.
