When the crews accurately reflect that day’s work force, you can create seed timesheets. These timesheets will be created with the hours you’ve set as defaults. You can change them at any time before you submit them. When you create timesheets the web app will display them on the Payroll Timesheets tab. For simplicity, we’re picturing them in the list format.

If you prefer, you can view the hours in a grid presentation, similar to how hours look in a spreadsheet. The button in the bottom left toggles between list and grid, and Abio will remember your preference.

Make any changes, and add subsistence amounts if necessary. At the end of the day, if you’re using Abio’s mobile time clock (learn more about that in its own lesson), you can seed the payroll timesheets with the crew’s actual hours:

When the timesheets are accurate you can submit them to the payroll office for processing. You’ll be prompted to confirm the hours are correct:

You can track the progress of your timesheets by clicking on the check mark. It tells you when the timesheet is accepted and included in a cheque:
