Abio lets you set up different amounts for levels within a trade.

To start with, you’ll identify the trade the union represents:

[c] Payroll | [u] Set Up | [b] Union Entry

Clicking on they ‘trade’ hyperlink will bring you to a screen where you can set how many levels are associated with each trade:

[f] Human Resources | [u] Set Up | [a] Trade Entry

Having established that this union is associated with the carpentry trade, you can now set different rates for different levels within the carpentry trade. The last four tabs are for this purpose.
