Units are moved out of inventory on A/R invoices. This is done by a two step process. First, enter a new Transfer Out to identify which inventory, how much, at what cost, and to what client. To do this, navigate to [i] Inventory, then [c] Transfer Out.

Enter the details on the Inventory Transfer Out detail tab.

The quantity cannot be more than what has been added to the inventory for the selected SKU. Enter as many different inventory draws as needed. In the next lesson, we’ll look at the utility that creates A/R invoices for these transfers.
